The hotel is located near the beach and that was great, I was able to enjoy the waves and sand without having to walk too much. The pool was also a nice touch, I was able to cool myself in the hot Tuscan sun. The staff was polite, they tried to help and they did their best. The breakfast was decent, it had a good variety and I was able to find something I liked. I also appreciated the fact that they had private parking, that was very convenient.

The rooms were not good, the air conditioning was not working properly and it was too hot. The Wi-Fi was also not working well, I was not able to connect most of the time.

It is quite near to the sea 3- min walk to the beach in the shadow along the forest.

The breakfast was quite simple ,cud have been a better,not much variety.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days in September. Very good location near the sea (7 min.) in a pine wood. There are different shops on the territory, like enoteca, icecream, bakery and etc. For breakfast you can have coffee, but you have to order it.

Very cold water in the pool. Umbrella and lounges on the beach are for extra money.

The breakfast was standard, but the staff was very friendly. The pool was nice and clean, and it was open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The beach was only a short walk away, and during the evenings it was calm and relaxing.

The air conditioning was controlled from reception and could not be lowered below 23C. The toilet seat was loose and almost unusable.

Modern well appointed hotel with spacious rooms in a quiet location very near to the sea. Friendly staff and good value.

It was a quite comfortable hotel, but unfortunately without Wi-Fi Internet in the room.

There was not Free Wi-Fi Internet acess in the room.

The hotel has a great location close to a beautiful, clean beach and within easy reach of some nice Tuscan villages. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean and spacious, with a lovely garden terrace. Free bike rentals and parking were also available, which made getting around convenient.

Nothing that I didn't like.

It is a village hotel with shops, vine/coffee bars, laundry, etc. Situated closed to the sea in a picturesque small place. We had a room with a great view to the pool, big enough for 2 people. Big parking place, car is a plus to explore the region. Have stayed for 2 nights.

Out of season very quiet town, 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach, very friendly service, dog friendly rooms on ground floor with patio!

Restaurant a bit too expensive, much better food at more reasonable prices at restaurants nearby.

This place is amazing! We had a wonderful time during our stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful Tuscan scenery. The staff here is exceptional, they were friendly and helpful. The service provided, from housekeeping to the restaurant, was top-notch. We loved the welcome drink and the happy hour where we could unwind and mingle with other guests. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The terrace and garden furniture provided a great space to relax and soak up the sun. we were impressed with the quality of service and the attention to detail at this hotel.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Only few bars/ restaurants in Marina di Bibbona, poor fruit/vegtable selection at breakfast, quite small (standard) room, no WIFI in rooms, poor channel selection on TV (mostly Italian),

Excellant, clean hotel with a short walk to a typical italian beach. Large camping resort surrounds the hotel and maybe a very busy area during July and August

Do not eat at the hotel resteraunt for dinner, very expensive and of no better quality than resteraunts in the surrounding area.

worst breakfast ever by any standard (not one vegetable, very poor choice of fruits - practically none), identical each day and poor quality food. despite high price hotel charges for any liitle requests (e.g. umbrella on a rainy day...). Typical tourist crowded village offers only few bars/ restaurants (best is ca 5 km away on the way to Cecina)

The location was great, rooms were clean but actually quite basic. I really liked our porch area on the ground floor. The pool is great too!
